Site inspection: $80 per visit per property (up to one hour).

Delivery/pick-up of drying equipment: $80 per visit.

When you may need to pay more?

Potential additional charges may apply based on the flood type and affected materials, including but not limited to browning treatment, content cleaning, waste disposal, underlay or carpet replacement, antimicrobial treatment, carpet repair/installation, and necessary building work.

Please note that for after-hours water extraction, there’s a time-and-a-half charge (an additional $10 per m²). For contaminated water (category 2 / 3 flooding), charges may range from $30 to $50 per m², depending on the damage extent. A cancellation fee of $300 applies to flood restoration jobs canceled after booking.

The drying duration depends on the flood damage; typically, drying carpets with dehumidifiers and air dryers can take 2-3 days, while other structural surfaces may need 5 days or more.
