QuickDry Restorations Terms and Conditions

 

  • Cancellations/Reschedules/Lock Outs:

 

If our customers are giving less than one business day’s notice, they have to bear a 50% fee for cancellations/reschedules/lockouts. In case, the power or water is not available at our client’s location, we will cancel the job and charge a 50% fee for cancellation. Generally, the cancellation fee is around $250+GST, however, it also depends on your service bookings.

 

  • Arrival Time:

 

We provide an exceptional range of services between 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday – Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. However, you can connect with us and book your services on a prior basis.For emergencies such as flood callouts, our team provides urgent solutions and is available after business hours. Every cleaning needs varies and requires different amounts of time, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival/departure time. So, while booking services online, you need to select a particular time slot. Our experienced trainers will arrive sometime within your preferred time slot.

 

  • Arrival Day:

 

The team of Quick Dry Restoration makes every effort to schedule a predetermined date and time so that we arrive at your doorsteps. If for any reason we need to reschedule your services, we will give you prior notice. We also ensure that our clients are not suffering from any issues because of us.

 

  • Access to Your Home:

 

Quick Dry Restoration will discuss arrangements for how to access your home or place before the cleaning process. Our clients can leave their house key for access. Also, we request to inform the admin of the key location and if any codes are required. You need to let us know of any alarm code requirements on a prior basis. You can be assured that all of our team members have had thorough criminal background checks through our company. Therefore, we assure you that your keys will be returned to the same spot.

 

  • Pricing:

 

You can check all the prices and different plans available online. If you have any doubts or queries, do contact us for a free quote. We will try our best to provide you an exceptional services at affordable prices.

 

  • Heavy-duty Requirements:

 

The online price list available on our website is for general cleaning. In case of heavy-duty requirements such as mould removal, deep cleaning, pet hair removal, or cleaning in a locked home, then additional charges will apply. If you have any specific cleaning needs, don’t hesitate to inform us at the time of your booking of your cleaning services. After discussion, we will provide a more accurate quote to meet your cleaning needs.

 

  • Curtain and Blind Cleaning:

 

Our customers should agree that the quoted price can get changed if upon inspection it is determined that the Customer measurement of any blind and or curtain is incorrect. The charges of services may vary for putting in extra effort while providing cleaning services.

 

Not only this, our customers should accept that the thermal lining of curtains can become fragile when exposed to sun and heat. Therefore, it will not be considered as the fault of our professional cleaners.

 

Similarly, while availing of the services, the customers should accept that some fabrics may shrink naturally. In this situation, our professional cleaners will not be responsible. That’s why the charges for curtain and blind cleaning services are subject to change. We will provide a quotation after taking proper measurements.

 

  • Parking:

 

We would like to inform you that parking is the customer’s responsibility. In case parking is not available at your property, our team will not bear the cost incurred by parking. Our customers have to pay for the same. The Customer agrees to provide our professional cleaners with onsite parking.

 

  • Payment:

 

We provide various online payment options. Therefore, our clients can pay at their convenience such as through Internet banking, and credit cards. Make sure that payment is cleared in our account a day before we visit your place or proceed with cleaning tasks. If the client fails to pay, it may result in cancellation of services or delays. Our esteemed clients will be responsible for all filing fees, collection fees, and other expenses. So, it’s advisable to contact our professional team before any final decision.
